Who can use the ASCCA / AutoZone Auto Parts Program?
The ASCCA / AutoZone Auto Parts Program is only available to ASCCA members.
What is available for purchase under this program?
The program covers more than 750,000 SKUs, accessories, chemicals, shop supplies, tools, & equipment.
What does a ASCCA member need to do in order to participate?

To start the process, if you already have an AutoZone PIN #, please email your PIN # to sc53@autozone.com and ask that your PIN # be attached to the AutoZone / ASCCA National Account Program.

If you already have an account setup with AutoZone, but do not know your PIN #, please email your shop address and phone # to SC53@autozone.com, and ask that your account be attached to the AutoZone / ASCCA National Account Program.

If you do not already have an established account with AutoZone, AutoZone Credit Application, complete, and email it to the AutoZone Customer Care Center SC53@autozone.com or fax to 901-495-8470.

Does my organization need to purchase online in order to participate?
No. AutoZone is offering its online ordering access as an efficiency tool to all participating members. Every participating member is assigned a dedicated commercial product specialist, or team, based upon your specific needs. Ordering options exist via phone, e-mail, walk-in, in addition to www.AutoZonePro.com.
If my organization already has an account with AutoZone, do I need to set-up a new account?
No. Contact the AutoZone Customer Care Center to have the ASCCA contract pricing program linked to your existing account.
What is AutoZone Commercial?
AutoZone Commercial is the division of AutoZone dedicated to the service, support, and relationship management of wholesale, fleet, commercial and public sector customers. Commercial representatives work "behind the scenes" in AutoZone locations, and in the field, in order to provide WOW! customer service. AutoZone's Commercial Managers, relationship managers, and product specialists are trained to support larger-scale fleet operations. In most cases, AutoZone Commercial team members have numerous years or decades of automotive parts and services experience.
What is the AutoZone Customer Care Center?
